That looks cool! So, dumb question here, but what exactly do you do with it? Just shake it? For how long?
ReplyDeleteyea you shake it for 6 minutes a day and it firms up your arms and gives you muscle..it really works too..before long i will have firm arms instead of flabby ones..just shake it up and down..its a 2 and a half pound weight..
ReplyDeleteI have something similar for my arms, but it's not the shake weight. It's a body stick from Brookstone which allows you to do several different arm exercises. I need them too..just saying. :)
ReplyDeleteKeep up the wonderful work you're doing..it's so much fun to watch our bodies shrink! :)
Whenever I see the commercial for that thing it makes me laugh. I can't wait to hear from you how much it works! :) I might have to go get one.
ReplyDeleteI saw in the sidebar that you have a clip of Mark Lowry... my husband thinks he is hilarious! I've never seen this shake weight thing, but it looks like fun!
ReplyDeleteI might have to try that!
